![]() Are you stressed out? Unfortunately, I think most people are feeling {at minimum} a low level stress, especially with the unprecedented circumstances that are occurring. Part of Intentional Living is acknowledging that there will be times of stress… but still having some kind of healthy coping mechanism in place to combat it. Sometimes the harder we hold onto something that’s no longer serving us the more stressed we become. This can be applied in many ways, but for today’s example think of it from this perspective: Are you unconsciously holding onto your “normal routine” even though you’re not able to carry it out? Are you feeling extra anxiety because staying home {although for everyone’s safety} is just not how your typical day goes?
Instead of releasing those expectations and allowing the flow of energy to move naturally into a new direction, you’re gripping those expectations tightly {shoulders high with tension, breathing shallow, and patience just a bit shorter than you’d like it to be}. Sound familiar? If it does, know you’re not alone… I understand exactly how you feel… and I invite you to take a deep breathe, inhaling all of goodness that does surround you and exhale all of the anxiety that you’re holding onto. I’m sharing an amazing relaxation tool in today’s video, and I’d love for you to join me. You can use it anytime, anywhere, and it’s free! I’m going to teach you how you can very easily trick your stressed out brain into believing you are actually in a relaxation response… and it only takes 3 minutes!
